“Hi! My name is Elizabeth Bosse. I am a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) through Yoga Alliance. I’m a Reiki practitioner, runner and virtual Sweat Like A Mother participant (Stroller Strong Moms). I am an Army wife of almost 14 years and a mom to a 4 year old daughter.
I’ve always dabbled in fitness whether it was gymnastics or ballet growing up to running in college. I found yoga and cycling classes in graduate school. My husband and I ran together and did other forms of physical activity like hiking, triathlons and duathlons. I continued to do yoga through the 7 moves before our daughter was born.
After having our daughter we wanted to make sure that fitness continued to be a part of our life. I started attending Stroller Strong Moms fitness classes pretty consistently when Harper was 9 months old. I started running again when she was 1 year. When she was almost 18 months the opportunity finally arose for me to do yoga teacher training and it is something I am so proud of. I’m so thankful for the stroller workouts which we continue to do now at home as well as yoga and running because they allow Harper to be with me while I workout and know that it is a part of our daily lives.”
